I went into rush last year knowing pretty much nothing about Greek life. As it wound up, I had to have my mom overnight my white graduation dress and shoes to me at school. Although you can probably borrow a dress and shoes from one of the other girls in your chapter (I know my sisters said they had enough white dresses and shoes to start a department store
), it's nice to have your own, because you will eventually need it.
Good heads up on the dress/shoes thing. The things I could have known going into rush last year if I would have found GreekChat earlier!
