My aunt and one of my very best friends have both had reductions...and they were larger than you (Es I think..minimum) and both are SO happy with the results. My friend was so excited to be able to shop at VS she went on a spree, and my aunt was happy that she didn't have neck and back issues and could pick up her son(who was a toddler at the time) without pain. Look into it...my aunt had Kaiser and even they ended up paying for it...finally...but that is a whole other story.
