There've been 2 different occassions where girls have told me that and my brain actually locked up. I just sat there. With one of them I couldn't think of anything better to say than...."Thank you". The girl started crying and went back to her apartment, it sucked and killed whatever it was we had going on.
I do want to point out that there is that little period, assuming both of you tell each other those three words, where things go pretty good. If you ask people honestly, it doesn't last long before they start having second thoughts.
