I've had asthma since I was nine. By now, I know how to handle my inhalers, and I usually take them well before I imbibe any recreational drugs or alcohol. It's just too risky.
Yes! You are correct. It was a very terrible accident but the worst part was she wasn't supposed to be on an inhaler.
