HC if you use that word at home around family...that's you, but it is NOT appropriate to use that word in mixed company or in a professional setting?

HCs aside:
Can you report someone for using racially sensitive language in the workplace if they are of that race? I know that you can report same-sex sexual harrassment, but does it work the same for a situation such as this? I mean I am used to her being all ghetto and stuff, but she totally lost her damn mind! TOTALLY!!
