DON'T send me any e-mails that require me to send it to 100 other people just to prove I love Jesus!

NO, Jesus does not read e-mail nor keep track of stuff like that, so DON'T try to guilt me.
DON'T send me a million forwards but can't take the time to write a short e-mail asking how I am doing. If, that's all our friendship is about, take me off of your address list.
