My favorite hair care tip/habit is to buy vitamin E capsules from any pharmacy, break them and pour the contents into hair grease. It doesn't matter what kind of grease. I use the cheap kind. My hair is very thick and the Vitamin E does wonders for stimulating growth and nourishing the scalp. It's a miracle.
