I'm a fellow Tennessean (MTSU). What my sisters and I always say in regards to dressing up (i.e. for meetings, etc.) is
"If you wouldn't wear it to church, it's probably not appropriate." Not to say that you have to wear something with a turtle-neck (certainly not), but just use your better judgement and don't wear something that screams "cleavage" because you're trying to impress GIRLS here, not GUYS.
Another thing that has been mentioned in other threads is that it's a good idea to wear a cute "conversation" piece of jewelery or other accessories- something that will help the sisters identify you later.
