Then you would be my hero.
If you can't control your children in public you SHOULD eat at home until your child is 12. I don't mean the kid cries because he falls and hurts himself, or touches something hot, but CONSTANT noise and misbehavior that goes unchecked by (I use the term loosely) parents.
