...it sounds like you're already very prepared for a lot of stuff, including cute rush clothes...i like the idea of a shawl over the dress, maybe a light one with some interesting designs so you don't look like a grandmother...i know some rho chis who say that, even if you don't have a lot of new or trendy outfits, it can sometimes help to have interesting jewelry that can be conversation pieces, like a necklace from a favorite aunt or a hairclip that you bought on vacation...sisters can often see a photo of a PNM and say 'Oh, yeah, she had that beautiful shawl' or 'She's the one with the chunky necklace' or something like that
