Lightbulb Great Question

I have a dual major in Cardiac Rehab and Physical Therapy. I plan on getting my community active literally. Smoking, sedentary lifestyles, and poor eating habits are going to be the death of us. Not exercising is the leading cause of obesity, type II diabetes, heart disease, cardiovascular problems, orthopedic problems, and cancer. I see this stuff everyday a work. There are not enough prevention programs out there that try to curve these incidences. Mainly because they make more money treating and rehabing than preventing. Therefore, it is my mission in life to teach our community that not smoking, exercising and eating healthy is our only chance at survival.

I plan on starting my wellness programs in low income communities that are free and educate people on how to care for themselves properly.

And If you don't listen you will just keep making people in my profession wealthy cause rehab is not cheap .
