I would never ever greet a member of another org. as "soror." I hope no one of another org. ever greets me that way. However, I wouldn't refer to anyone as ignorant for doing it. I just don't find it acceptable and would not respond likewise. I greet others as "my greet sister." But, to eaches his /her own.
