Flowers-I have spent a small fortune in our (MY) yard. I have something blooming the entire year so I can decorate.
Decorating for holidays esp.Christmas-My house is so decorated that "opulence" has been used to describe it. I put Nandina berries on EVERY little thing.
In fact, I have decorations of some sort up starting in October through Easter. I keep layering through Mardi Gras and remove the layers heading into Easter.
Junk shops/antique stores-I love pouring over discarded items, always thinking of how I could turn something into a creative alternative or wondering about the people who owned it. I loath items that are mass produced and people flock to buy.
