)-while an ear infection is going to make you dizzy, it won't make the room start to go dark, a symptom you said you experienced. You need to tell your MD about that-it's very important. Ask him to check your blood sugar, because the other symptoms you described( the dizziness, headache) all sound like hypoglycemia(low blood sugar). Do you also get shaky, thristy, or sweaty?
