RedFox,
Does your new school consider you a Junior or a Sophmore on your official transcript? Sometimes because credits don't transfer the college or university considers a new student to be a year "behind" where they were at their old school. Check this out. If they do consider you a Junior make certain that the sororities do know that you have three years to contribute to the chapter. As suggested by aephialum make this very clear on your application. I would suggest you also stress this point to anyone who is writing you a recommendation, they may want to include it within the rec itself.
Best of luck, you sound like you are very ready to contribute a great deal to a sisterhood! Recruitment should be an exciting time for you!
