I have been a member of Greek Chat for close to a year and although it's been fun posting. I need to come clean... Though many of you may be in shock to hear this.... Mostly everything that I have ever posted have all been lies. The things I have posted about either happened to someone I know or were just made up. Yeah...I WAS a college student but after not being accepted by Delta or AKA I dropped out. I was rejected by AKA my freshman year, so I switched to Delta, then I tried Delta again this past semester only to not make line again (because AKA couldn't have a line.) So I have come to the conclusion that maybe I wasn't meant to be greek. I posted on GC hoping to get information that would for once help me make line...but yall are so tight lipped about YOUR "precious" sororities that you made it hard for me.I have never dated a guy in a frat so that story about me being "abused" was made up, I've never won a scholarship, or any scholarship for that matter, especially not from AKA. I made it all up!!! Deltas...the reason I asked those transfer questions was because I contemplated going to another school to pledge. It hurts when your friends pledge and make it and you don't...you're left out in the cold. Hopefully, if i go back to school i can join a grad chapter. It's been fun. Anyway, this is my last post on GC.

I really still don't know what to say about your post. I have been on GC for almost 3 years now, and I will be 2 months old in Delta come the 26th of this month. When I first joined GC, I must admit that it wasn't like it is now as far as asking membership questions and what not, but, once it was established that questions about membersip and things of this nature would not be answered or tolerated, I was like cool. I say I was cool because I knew that if I wanted to continue to partake in the conversation around GC, then I would have to adhere to the rules of each board, and y'all know I post all over the place. The members not answering any questions I may have had still did not make me want to lie about things that were done to me, or make me not want to continue my pursuit into Delta as well. Don't get me wrong, there have been times that I may have gotten a PM, and you know what, I was fine with that as well. I didn't get angry or anthing of that nature either. It's a learning experience. What I did was get to know members in the actual chapter that I was trying to join, these woman would actually carry more weight anyway when it came time for me to apply. What I liked about GC was getting to know different people in all the different areas, and making what I hope are real friendships.

There are members and SF's on here that I have met face to face and we hang out all the time, and there are ones that I have only seen pics of maybe, but we talk on the phone as well.
I think that you have to realize that in order to truly make friends, you can't come on a forum and just make up lies, and when things don't go your way, say oh F it.

I agree with nikki1920 that your purpose for going to college was to get your degree, so sit back and rethink all of what you said, and why you did what you did, and I hope that you will make the decision to go back to school to get your degree, and if you are able to join a sorority on the graduate level at some point, that will make it even better.
