I joined ADPi as an upperclassman!

I transferred schools right after my sophomore year and wasn't able to attend formal recruitment the week that it started. I thought I had completely missed out on the experience until I called the Greek office and heard some sororities on campus would be COR'ing during the Spring semester.

During my first semester there (fall 02) I did my share of observing the different groups on campus and met a couple girls from one house on campus, and I happened to meet an ADPi. The ADPi I met was so super sweet and so down-to-earth.. I was so excited when Spring semester started and they would be COR'ing that semester

Spring 03 semester rolled around and I went to the ADPi recruitment events. I was soooooo glad I did!! All the ladies I met were so sweet, nice & sincere and I felt at home! I was so excited because the night they came to deliver my bid I had no idea it was coming, so the surprise was incredible!

Spring 03 was my Alphaship, and I became a Delta this past April! I was initiated with 5 other awesome ladies!

So far I don't feel like I've missed out on anything.. I still have 3 more semesters to go before I graduate, and plan on making each and every one of them count with my sisters!! Another reason I don't feel like I've missed anything: Alpha Delta Pi is a lifelong commitment, I definately would like to take part in an alumnae association after I graduate !
