Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and I noticed this message and I had to post. I regret doing a lot of things in my life but right now, I regret that I talk too much and that I'm always trying to help others out but in the end, I'm hurting myself. I wish I could turn back the hands of time and just keep my mouth closed about alot of things especially any info regarding what I find out from other people. I'm so depressed right now
