Originally posted by sugar and spice I don't watch Oprah, but from what I understood, after the whole mess with the guy who wrote The Corrections, she didn't want to deal with the book club anymore . . . but she realized she missed it so she brought it back. She's only doing classic books now, though, so that way she won't have to deal with the authors.
