The band I'm kind of in has always had a bit of a tough time finding songs that I can sing b/c we like to play rock-ish music and there aren't many GOOD songs that feature female vocals. (When they write their own stuff it's different because they write to my range, but we like having a good selection of covers to play when we have a gig @ a party or something.)
I've been stuck singing songs originally intended to be sang by a guy, which I guess it's okay because I'm an alto...but needless to say, when we heard "Bring Me to Life," we started learning it for me right away!
