My chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha used to have a group called the Crescent Club, from our symbol, the Cross and Crescent. I'm not sure how this worked, but in our formal, with all of our composites, are a few Crescent Club composites. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been around for 10 years or so. I don't have the composites handy though. I'm not sure if or when the Fraternity stopped recognizing, or ever did recognize these groups though.
