Naproxen didn't help me.

I had to go on orthotricyclene.

Now I'm fine. Yeah, occasionally I cramp up, usually the first day, but it's a lot better than throwing up and being bedridden for a day or two.

What do I use for cramps? Carrots! For some reason they make the cramps go away.

And a heating pad is nice as well.
