...why MY co-worker (who has my old job, from which i was promoted) can't learn ANYTHING on his own (we work in the IT department, and figuring things out on your own is a MUST).... Could you also tell me why my manager thinks it's my job to train him when NO ONE trained me??!!!??? (The white man sho'nuff knows how to make a way for his fellow white male).
