I am feeling you on the sandals in cold weather. I just saw this girl yesterday in a skirt, no stockings and sandals (it was 40 degrees outside!)

Could somebody please tell me ..

..why everybody in Maryland drives 55mph in the speed lane?

..why everybody in NJ drives next to each other?

..why the car with the exhaust problem always seems to ease in front of me on a one-lane no-passing-zone winding, country road?

..why the person printing out 50 pages never refills the shared printer?

..why the person getting off the elevator at the last stop stands right in front of the door?

..why the person in the caferteria line in front of you always has to dig for their money?

..why there are soooo many web pages that haven't been updated since 1998?

..why some web pages have indicated they have been under construction since 1999?
