My first roomate made drugs...or at least tried to make them.
She seemed really cool at first - we emailed over the summer and seemed to get along well. And the first few weeks of school were okay.
Then she started staying out really late, making wierd friends who she encouraged to walk in our room at all times, sleeping in her clothes and skipping her classes...
I would go home every weekend because I was having a hard time adjusting. I came back to find the room a total and complete mess one weekend. And then the next, and the next. We're talking about food being out for nearly a month. I blew up at her about it and she stopped talking to me after that. I found out through people on my floor that she was going to try and make drugs with paint thinner and sunflower seeds.
I moved the next week. I got put in with an uptown daddy's girl bitch. She needed total silence and darkness to sleep, total silence to study, it would bother her even if i had my headphones on. We tried to have RA mediation, but it didn't work. I moved out after less than a week. I commuted for the rest of the semester.
I had a private bedroom for the rest of college. Had an apt for the last 2 years. Started with some evil roomates, and moved out and moved in with some girls that became some of my best friends
