If you think you've got a serious gripe with the selling of your sorority's symbols and other marks, locate the offending listing (which has been done in this thread already), and check out
this page. It should help you out some. Alot of people raised some serious issues when online materials were originally being auctioned on eBay, and this was their recourse. The VeRO program is the first step towards protecting things like this from occuring, but they can't help if they don't have it brought to their attention. Hope it's of use to you all, as well.
