Congratulations! We're also a newer chapter (Delta Epsilon), so I know where you're coming from. My advice would be to get your name out as much as possible. WEAR YOUR LETTERS! Hold philanthropy events...it doesn't need to be something huge, but it shows that you're giving something back to the community. Get to know fraternity guys...I assume you don't have a house, but invite them out sometime. If they know how awesome you girls are, they'll want to mix.

I spent my senior year of high school at a community college, and I tried to start a community service organization there. It was really difficult! We used to send out mass e-mails through the university, and that seemed to elicit the best response. You know your campus...what will make students come out? Exposure is key.

What kind of clubs are in the area? Build your mixers around those themes. Or make your own! Tropical, country, 20's, etc. are all popular. Have fun, and ask any questions!
