Ain't this a blip?? My car is still registered in Ohio, but I can't sign the petition from here!!!
And MD and VA have tags, but still not DC. But a sista can't afford to register her car down here anywhere, let alone the insurance rates. Soror Wendi, I would like the plates!! I'll be there next month and again in July or August. Maybe I can get my signature on!!
