Perhaps the remaining sisters can get together for a 1-2 day retreat (camping or even at someone's house) for bonding time. Then after fall recruitment / rush have another 1-2 day retreat w/ the new members. Maybe this will encourage the sister MIA to come back and keep the new pledges bonded, interested and active in Beta.
