Ok...I'm considering getting one and in talking to some bros I came up with this idea...

Cross and Crescent with 2 crossed swords pierceing the skin behind it and reemerging on the other side of the C&C...
If you think about all of that symbolism it's pretty cool...
I have only one problem...I can't draw for poop...can anyone help me out? PM me if you can help out...

I would be careful about having anything secret added to a Tattoo, unless teh artist is a brother. It isn't hard to put together "Fraternity tattoo + UV ink = secret" y'know?

Yes. The letters expand to that phrase. The theta and nu were switched "for an added layer of secrecy" and it translates (in English) to "Through God we conquer." It would be about infinitely times cooler if we were originally a TKN chapter, but I like it and its consistent with the meaning behind the book.

We aren't a very traditional greek system. Hell our Zeta is approx. 45 members and we're the largest GLO on campus. :P
I, too, have heard of "double-lettering," but we treated it as more of a tact thing rather than a "thou shalt not" kind of deal. Plus, would this even apply to tattoos (I mean, unless you're tattooing your forehead or something blantantly tactless like that)?

I met a lady who had a Yellow Rose Tattooed on her hip. I asked her to show me!

She did and I bent to kiss it!

Later, I once again saw it and once again kissed it and then, well use your imagination!

Told her it would be nice if she had a white Rose placed next to it!
