That's really awesome to hear that ladies from another chapter came to help out. I get really stoked knowing that people would be willing to help out no matter what affiliation people are (and it's esp. nice to hear that it was a chapter of my sorority!
) What campus are you from anyways?
I have to give it up to some of the ATOs from UCR for helping out at my semi-formal in Feb. Their president was nice enough to drive the guys from the pre-party to the bus, then pick them up after, as well as cart around some of the girls who had fought with their dates and made them leave early. They were really my angels that night. I felt good about myself because I was the sober sister last Saturday and picked up one of my sisters and her friend, a Pi Phi, from a fraternity formal that they were uncomfortable at... kinda made my karma go up a bit, I guess. :-)
