Another thing I've found useful in my weight loss quest is the George Forman Grill...Chile..(in my best southern grandma's voice), it works wonders. The grill eliminates the fat in foods. You'll be surprised to see how much fat you eat in different foods. My mom got me hipped to the grill and I use it on a regular basis. George Forman needs to hire me as a spokesperson. If you haven't tried it, try it and I'll bet you'll like it.
