My Yahoo account has never been spammed. It's great.
My little brother's AOL account is set with parental controls, and he still gets porn and penis enlargement spam. They sometimes have pictures in them, too. For awhile, my mom was signing on with his screenname and censoring his e-mail before she let him go online.
