Now that homes are going up around the DIA perimeter - it's only a matter of time until DIA II has to be built - because of the complaints of new homeowners.

Shouldn't a "I have common sense" affidavit be a requirement on purchase agreements for real estate? It sure would be a cure-all for all these weird situations. It sure would make my job (mortgages) so much easier!
