My hands and feet have to be moist! I will wake up in the middle of the night to lotion my hands and/or feet.
I have to sleep with the air conditioner on summer/spring/fall/winter
I have to sleep with tissue under my pillow (Idunno)
I must put Visine in my eyes every morning regardless of the presence of redness (I'm addicted)
