There is a difference in saying "I belief depression is caused by self absorption," and making a blanket statement which reeks of ignorance and misinformation, right? Like valkryie said, if I said something that was just WRONG, I'd want to be called out on it. I have no problem with being wrong--even though sometimes it doesn't seem like it.
Opinion does not = blanket statement of perceived fact.
