On the Heart of Each Sister?

Hi,
I'm a New Initiate and I was wondering if anyone had the words to "On the Heart of Each Sister..." and/or "My Gal". We sing "On the Heart..." a lot at chapter but I have still not picked up on the whole thing. If I had the words, it would help a lot. Thanks.
