Big misconception as far as hazing. I realize in this case depending on the type of mandatory PT it could or could not be hazing. It's pretty irrelevant though according to most groups and state laws as to the status of the members participating or if all have to participate.
While this may vary from group to group it is definitely not a good rule to live by.
