Mizzkes, A very dear friend of my had breast cancer. She went through chemotheophy (sp?), lost all of her hair, had her breast removed and then reconstructed and through it all she had the most positive attitude you have ever seen. Her secret? She said (and I certainly beliver her) it was because she stayed in the Word and Believed that God would heal her. She would say I don't know if he's going to heal me here, or on the other side, but what ever he decides to do, it's alright with me. Her positivity was so high, that most people did not even know she had cancer--even when she was loosing her hair and starting to wear wigs.
Keep your mom stress free, surround her (and yourself) with people who have a strong faith, and remember that laughter is great medicine too.
