My husband and I went to Cancun last year and we had a GREAT time! Here are a couple of places you should go: Xel Ha (a naural water park--you've got to see it to believe it--you can swim with the dolphins, feed the toucans and all kinds of wild stuff); Cozumel (it's a separate island, but you can take a ferry, it's beautiful, plan on spending a whole day sightseeing and shopping); and you have to go see the ancient ruins (I can't remember what they are called, but you'll see when you get all of the tourist info at the airport). That's all I can think of for now, but if I remember any more I will post. Also, take BUG REPELLENT!!! They sell it for like 8$ a can, 'cause they KNOW you're gonna need it. And, if you can,stay in an all inclusive hotel (Moon Palace is the BOMB!!!
), because some of the hotels are far from restaurants or only near Pizza Hut, McDonald's and other American food at HIGH prices-and I don't know about you, but I canstay in the US for that. Hope this info helps.
