The funniest (and meanest) was a prank one of my Brother's did last year.
He worked in the Student Life office, and had access to University letterhead. He sent one of our graduating Brother's a letter that said that his application for graduation was denied, and that he wouldn't be able to graduate in a month like he thought.
The poor guy almost cried...and almost beat the crap out of the pranker
