I agree with Soror AKAtude, we should not delve into this topic too much. But I will say that I liked the idea that Soror Pinkacres had. We have sessions about everything else why not "Proper Pledging Seminars"? And the idea of making intake once a year might be an idea, I know some schools already have this restriction.
