Pray for us

Dear fellow Alpha Tau's,

I am from the Omicron Chapter at Concord College in West Virginia. On October 20th 2003 one of our sisters, Courtney Bethe Hughes, was tragically killed in a car accident. At the time, it completely shattered most of us. We are now improving, and beginning to move on. As an organization, we kept going. The business got done, and rituals were completed. But as a sisterhood, we took a hard blow. We stuck together, and supported each other. But it really hurt sometimes to even hang out because Courtney was always there. She was such a bright light, and bled green and gold. Now, we are picking up, and things are getting better. Our attitudes as a group are improving, but it's still sometimes hard. Just keep the Omicron chapter in your prayers. Thank you.

Tau Love and all of mine,

Shannon

My heart, and that of my chapter, goes out to you for your loss. If the Delta Nu Chapter can do anything for you, please let us know. We will light a candle for her at our founders day ceremony to honor her. Keep living out everything she stood for.
Tau Love,
Lil E

I am not a Alpha Tau, but I found this post while doing a search.

I'm somewhat nearby at Marshall University, and I was truly sad to hear this. I will keep you in my prayers and I will ask others to do the same.
