I've tried so hard to go against this kind of crap. In 99 in Gainesville when they decided to make a mandatory closing time of bars/clubs because of the supposed drug problem, literally hundreds of students protested at city hall....me being one of them.
The lawmakers ( city council members ) turned it around by saying we just want a place to do drugs. What most people didn't realize is that the law was break through they needed to set up other half a$$ laws that gave even more authority to those who willl abuse it. Laws like the one you posted can apply to any buisness or family gathering, however the deem such an event in their eyes. It sucks....but thats the price we have to pay for living in america.
