Excellent post, Soror Carla. This is one of those pieces of legal advice I give away to anyone who will listen. And I encourage all of my friends with kids to HAVE A WILL. It si not as important for the rest but definitely important for this group. A challenge may still arise but you will have made your desire and intention clear about who you want to raise your children in your absence and that may make a difference in the long run.
