North Texas got ice and snow. My employer decided it was not cold enough to shut down. (It didn't get above freezing today. I'm sure you all have watched the Weather Channel and seen the stuff we've been dealing with) I called in and it doesn't look like it going to get a whole lot better till tommorrow afternoon, so I might be calling in again
