Kappa Sigma does not provide a badge with the initiation fee. However, many chapters, such as my own, will purchase the standard $19 badge for each new initiate. Unfortunately in my case, these badges are on backorder, and I will not recieve mine for a few more weeks.
There are many variations of the badge concerning which stones, and I think this is awesome...the badge looks its best with jewels and to everyone their own tastes on which jewels they like (or can afford)
The rings are extremely nice but expensive.
