The bottom line here is that the white power structure is finding ways to provide resources for Africans rather than for African Americans all under the guise of what they are doing for Blacks in Minnesota.

Good Point. Reading the article, I was thinking, "This is another way that African-Americans will feel inferior." In addition, I know that NO group wants to be associated with African-Americans.
