I know what you mean!! Seriously that is our chapter!! We are the girls that didn't want to be in a sorority..
I went through rush because my roommate got on my nerves. We were friends but she didn't make friends on her own, and I did. She wouldn't go anywhere with out me and it annoyed me cause I couldn't even go to the library without her following me!! So I figured she could join a sorority and that would take up her time. I hated most of the places I went.. the girls were fake and had me talking about dances and boys... UGH!! At AGD the girl and I got to talking about a mutual friend that had died the year before. We discussed that plus more... we were talking about what we loved about our school, what we were interested in and why we didn't want to be sorority girls. It was funny!! We got to talking and I loved all the girls I got to know!! They were like me!! They were real girls that had a lot of thoughts and aspirations beyond meeting boys and partying!! I knew I wanted to be apart of it and have been ever since!!
