sorry for hijacking this thread but I can get us all back on topic.....
.....thought y'all would like to see a picture of the Cannonball house in Macon. According to their website, the Cannonball House parlors recreate the original meeting rooms of the Adelphian Society and the Philomathean Society. The Adelphian society, now known as the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and the Philomathean Society, now known as the Phi Mu fraternity, were the first two sororities in existence. Both were formed in Macon at Wesleyan College in 1851 and 1852.
